I just wanted to share with you some pictures from a recent project involving Technomad loudspeakers and mounts.
These pictures are from the WNC Nature Center‘s new Grand Entrance and Festival Events Plaza. We installed three 70v Viennas and mounts with one of the speakers providing audio to the new entrance parking area and the other two units providing coverage the Plaza. …the weatherproof Viennaās provide excellent sound reinforcement for live events as well as regular and seasonal background music. The client was very impressed with the quality of sound and itās ability to withstand the elements (the Vienna that provides audio to the parking entrance is fully exposed and was constantly getting rained on while we were installing it!).
The last picture from this group is from a previous Technomad installation at the Zoo (you may remember it as the Otter Falls exhibit).
I call it āTechnomad: Communing with Natureā. By the way, that system is still going strong and used everyday without issue.

The Western North Carolina Nature Center is a 42-acre zoological park in Western North Carolina operated by the City of Ashevilleās (NC) Parks and Recreation department. Until 1973, it was known as the Asheville City Zoo and was then renamed the Childrenās Zoo and Nature Center.
What is now the Friends of WNC Nature Center, a 501c3 non-profit charity, was developed to educate the public about the natural history, flora and fauna of the Southern Appalachians and to develop a public responsibility for its conservation. The Center is now home to over sixty species of wild and domestic animals and hundreds of species of plants and all representative of this unique bioregion.
